Increasing Your Level of Wellbeing
People with higher levels of wellbeing are more productive and resourceful. This workshop will provide participants with some simple steps to increase personal wellbeing.
Taking responsibility for one's own wellbeing is easier than it has ever been. With the move by psychological research organisations to focus their research on what increases wellbeing, there is an interesting array of strategies and approaches to apply to one's own daily life to increase life satisfaction.
The presenter is Catherine Gavigan, a Director of the National Centre for Training and Development. The Centre specialises in the design and facilitation of Interpersonal Skills and Wellbeing programs for the corporate, education and government sector throughout Australasia.
