Regaining control of your time
In a world in which we are commonly expected to achieve twice as much in half the time, good time-management skills are crucial. At the end of this session, participants will be able to identify bad time-management habits and triggers of stress in their lives, and will be equipped with tools to categorise, prioritise and manage activities. They will work more effectively and will be able to identify their 6-10 work or life key-result areas and to use Microsoft Outlook as a key tool to improve time-management practices.
Basic knowledge of MicroSoft Outlook is required.
