Adapting to Change

ATI-Mirage Training and Business Solutions

Event outline

Course Objectives

With change occurring rapidly at work and in our lives, it is important to understand how we react to change and develop skills to enable us to adapt and adjust in uncertain times.   For organisations to survive, grow and evolve so too do the people who work and lead within it.   Standing still, though sometimes comfortable, makes us ultimately uneasy and stuck as change occurs around us.

This workshop will help participants understand their automatic reactions to change and discuss strategies for coping with change more successfully.
