In this seminar we discuss the specific copyright framework that applies to Commonwealth, State & Territory government bodies.
- Identifying when statutory bodies and government corporations will be entitled to rely on the specific copyright provisions for government
- Copyright exceptions and what you can and can’t do
- Specific government rules relating to ownership
- Open licensing

People working with copyright materials within or for a government department or agency (Commonwealth, State & Territory only). If you work for a local council, you should attend our ‘General Audience’ seminars.
