One person who is getting to the heart of these matters is Professor Pat McGorry (Australian of the Year 2010). Pat McGorry is Professor of Youth Mental Health at the University of Melbourne and Executive Director of Orygen Youth Health. He has put Australia at the forefront of research innovation in prevention and treatment in youth mental health worldwide. Brought to Perth by Meeting for Minds, Professor McGorry will be tackling some of the most difficult issues in youth mental health.
