Chartered Secretaries Australia presents the 2013 Annual Public Sector Update

Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA), Annual Public Sector Update, state of governance today, is a multi-strand event tailored to the conditions and issues in Western Australia following two themes; Preventing fraud in Government and Governance within Government. As leaders in governance, CSA is dedicated to bringing public sector professionals an event that not only enriches your governance and risk management knowledge with an injection of the latest thinking, but also ensures you are well-equipped to apply this knowledge in practice.

Dr Ruth Shean FCSA, Director-General, Department of Training and Workforce will chair the conference and ask the tough questions at our lunchtime panel, Good governance principles and practice - the perspectives from the 'watchdogs' with Sven Bluemmel, Information Commissioner, Office of the Information Commissioner (WA); Chris Field, Western Australian Ombudsman; Roger Macknay QC, Commissioner, Corruption and Crime Commission and Colin Murphy FCSA, Auditor-General for Western Australia.
