Responding effectively to alleged or suspected misconduct or corruption is critical. An effective response may involve prompt reporting to the CCC, Police or other body; a well-conducted internal investigation to ascertain the facts and appropriate disciplinary or other action.
This forum will provide real-world insights on how a medium-sized agency deals with misconduct matters. It will assist agencies to recognise when they need to refer matters to the CCC; give practical advice about conducting an internal investigation and explain what the CCC looks for when monitoring an agency's response.
