This revealing three day Funding Series is designed especially for non-profit organisations, local government and individuals who are trying to raise funds. These courses pay for themselves!

DAY ONE: 9:30am - 4:30pm
SUCCESSFUL FUNDRAISING: Friday 23 November
An overview of- everything your NFP needs to know for diversified income and financial sustainability.
Explore the pros and cons of various approaches and learn to develop a sustainable funding mix which works for your organisation. This course acts as the foundation for the series.
Leading into the other two courses, we explore the role of traditional funding sources including sponsorship, grant funding, donations and bequests, membership schemes and events. We also discuss more contemporary and innovative approaches such as service partnerships, consultancy, earned income, crowdfunding and social enterprise.
DAY TWO: 9:30am - 4:30pm
GRANT WRITING: Thursday 29 November
This practical and revealing course looks at what funding bodies are really looking for and how to maximise your chances of success. We will explore:
- Where to find grant opportunities
- How to engage with funding bodies
- Preparing your materials
- Answering common questions
- Addressing selection criteria
- Budget guidelines
- What gives winning applicants the edge
DAY THREE: 9:30am - 4:30pm
SOURCING SPONSORS: Friday 7 December
This insightful workshop looks at the dynamics of finding and keeping the right sponsor for your organisation or project, and how to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
The focus of this workshop will be on finding appropriate sponsors, developing appealing packages, managing the sponsor relationship and creating long term funding partnerships.
Each course includes:
- engaging, up to date materials
- take home reference package with templates and free on-line resources
- all day catering and beverages - with dietary needs catered for
