Diana Forsyth, Principal, BDO
Diana has over 20 years’ consulting experience in people and organisational initiatives to assess and accelerate capability and leadership, business and cultural change, innovation, transformation, and performance improvement. She has held Executive and Non-Executive roles in the resources, health, not-for-profit, and public sectors.

Diana has run large scale change programs to realise value from structural, technology, and organisational change, including merger and integration. She lived in Cambridge, United Kingdom from 2006 to 2016, where she advised Australian and European businesses and worked with the Cambridge University Health Partnership.
