Janelle Marr FGIA, Founder & Managing Director, StepBeyond
Janelle has 25 years corporate experience through strategic advisory and management consultancy, as well as executive and non-executive appointments.

Her extensive boardroom and corporate advisory experience includes ASX listed, statutory, proprietary, government and NFP organisations across resources; utilities; health and community services; professional services; transportation and infrastructure; culture and arts; conservation and parks; aged/ disabilities; tourism; education; sport and recreation; insurance and financial services.

She is Founder of StepBeyond, an award-winning strategy consultancy and B Corporation she established in 2007 and is Chair, Screenwest; Deputy Chair, Ability Centre; Councillor, Edith Cowan University; and Councillor, Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA.

Janelle is a Fellow of Governance Institute of Australia.
