On completion of this course participants will be able to:

• Assess the benefit of managing up as both a manager and an employee • Identify what behaviours managers do/don’t want in their employees • Identify your manager’s style, priorities, strengths and weaknesses • Adapt your style to their style • Use behavioural an communication styles to effectively navigate the manager/managed relationship • Provide unsolicited feedback to your manger, its about timing, permission, specifics

New Horizons Perth is a training provider based in the Perth CBD. All trainers must have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, at least two years group training experience and industry experience.
