Managers, supervisors and employees are invited to this new workshop which will provide participants with guidance in identifying the triggers that shadow decisions along with practical advice to effectively manage a conflict of interest.

Conflicts of interest are present in a range of scenarios within any business environment and can increase the potential for misconduct to occur. The workshop’s content maintains a broad focus to ensure relevance across all segments of the public sector in understanding the influences that affect public servants.
