The Centre for Public Sector Excellence is pleased to bring our new Management essentials workshop Managing people to the Goldfields. 

Managing people aims to provide managers with practical measures to initiate performance management confidently at the front line. It is one of four Management essentials modules designed to support emerging leaders develop leadership and management capabilities.

Suitable for:
PSGOGA Levels 4 – 6 middle managers, specifically those responsible for the management and supervision of staff.

During this module, participants will:

  • adopt the mindset and leadership practices that better drive individual and team performance
  • identify the qualities required to improve a performance culture in your agency at the front line
  • be familiar with current trends and practical strategies in people management applicable to the public sector
  • discuss strategies to overcome difficult conversations and practice constructive feedback.

Registration is essential as places are limited.
