Karratha - Accountable and ethical decision making refresher for leaders

Public Sector Commission

Event outline

The Public Sector Commission is pleased to announce a series of information sessions to be held in regional WA over the 2015–16 financial year. The Commission will be visiting regional centres to deliver information session in the key integrity areas of reporting minor misconduct, wrongdoing and good decision making.

Strong ethical leadership is essential to maintaining a value-based culture. As a leader, your ethical behaviour can positively influence your employees’ behaviour, as employees will take cues from you on how to behave in the workplace.  Employees will seek information and advice from you about how to make accountable and ethical decisions. To be able to provide this advice, ensure you are informed about your agency’s requirements or know where to refer your employees.

Target audience

public sector managers, senior officers, human resource officers or officers with people management responsibilities who have completed the full AEDM course with their current agency.

If you have any queries, please contact the Commission’s Advisory Line on 6552 8888.
