The Public Sector Commission is pleased to announce a series of information sessions to be held in regional WA over the 2015–16 financial year. The Commission will be visiting regional centres to deliver information session in the key integrity areas of reporting minor misconduct, wrongdoing and good decision making.

The PID Act aims to ensure openness and accountability in government by encouraging people to make disclosures - or whistleblowing - and protecting them when they do.  The PID Act enables people to make disclosures about wrongdoing within the State public sector, local government and public universities without fear of reprisal.

Target audience:

Employees of the public sector, local government and public universities.  It will provide you with a good working knowledge and an understanding of the benefits to you of the PID Act, as well as highlight its value to your workplace.
