The Public Sector Management (PSM) Program is the ideal development activity for new and emerging leaders.

Combining work place application, peer learning and traditional theory based workshops, the PSM Program builds core skills essential for the contemporary public sector manager.

The specialised curriculum prepares leaders for the challenges in an ever changing and demanding environment, increasing their ability to think strategically, deliver results and cultivate productive working relationships. PSM supports across-sector learning and encourages managers from federal, state and local government agencies to apply.

Applications are now open for the next intake, commencing June 2014.
