School-based traineeship program - Information session

Public Sector Commission

Event outline

Are you in year 10 and thinking about a traineeship in the WA public sector?

Apply for the ‘School-based traineeship program’—you’ll get paid to work two days a week in a WA public sector agency and go to school for the other three days.

Learn the business of government and receive a Certificate II in Government, a nationally recognised qualification.

You are invited to attend an information session to find out more about the traineeship. Please feel free to bring along a parent or guardian if you wish. It will give me an opportunity to meet you and determine your areas of interest.

If you are unable to attend the information session or require more information, please contact me on (08) 6552 8792 or email youth@psc.wa.gov.au

Talk to your school’s Vocational Education and Training Coordinator about how to apply.
