The Supervisor Skill Set Program is designed to build the capability and capacity of trainee supervisors across the WA Public Sector.

On completion of this 1 day program, participants will receive a nationally recognised Skill Set from the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

The program aims to:

  • Build capacity within public sector agencies to implement traineeships
  • Develop the supervisory skills of trainee supervisors
  • Develop trainee supervisors understanding of the training and assessment process
  • Provide trainee supervisors with the skills and knowledge to provide on the job training and mentoring.

This training program is FREE for supervisors of a school based trainee that commenced in February 2015.

PSC will also have 20 places available for agencies planning on recruiting a School based Trainee starting in February 2016.
